Our rustic outpost log cabins are located on the shores of remote mountain lakes in the heart of the Northern Rockies and the Muskwa-Kechika – known as the “Serengeti of the North”. With only one cabin on each lake you can be one with nature as you view the diversity of wildlife and scenery in this vast, untouched wilderness area accessible only by floatplane. Venture where few tourists have been before and enjoy the tranquility and grandeur of Northern British Columbia’s great outdoors!
Escape to a remote mountain lake where a stay at one of our outpost cabins allows you to truly experience nature. Enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery and boating, canoeing, hiking and wildlife viewing for moose, caribou and eagles. There is also superb fishing for Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Dolly Varden and Arctic Grayling depending on the outpost cabin you choose.
Each of the attractive log cabins offers comfortable backcountry accommodation in the Muskwa-Kechika protected wilderness area. Each cabin sleeps 2 to 8 guests and is well-equipped with a wood stove, basic kitchen utensils, foam mattresses and an outhouse. This is the perfect wilderness getaway, ideal for anglers, adventurers and ecotourists.
