Reservations and Deposits

For Hotel Rooms and Cabins:

-$25 booking system access fee is credited towards your room and is non- refundable.
-If you need to cancel your reservation please do so by 3PM the day before to avoid being charged in full.
-We reserve the right to substitute rooms/cabins within the same category or upgrade to the next higher category at no extra charge.

50% non-refundable deposit required for more than 1 night, more than 1 room, more than 90 days in advance, and any sightseeing flight.
Flight deposit is refundable if the pilot deems the weather unsuitable to fly during your 3 night stay.

Changes to any reservation must be done by email.

Pets are accepted in designated units for an additional cost of $20 CAD per pet. Pet deposit required at check-in. No pets permitted in Lake Shore Chalets.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our units and on patios and balconys. $250 cleaning charge applies for smoking in any unit.

For packages that start from Muncho Lake we require a deposit of $250/person at the time of booking (non-refundable).

Packages that include airfare from Vancouver require an additional deposit of $1200 at the time of booking (non-refundable).

Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.  Check current exchange rates for U.S. dollars or other currencies

Package/flightseeing prices are per person, but based on 2 persons per booking.

To hold a booking

In order to confirm a reservation, Liard Tours must receive your deposit at the time of your booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

30 days and more - deposit is forfeited; 29 days and less - total cost is forfeited

General

To ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our guests we may be required to make suitable program changes as a result of unfavorable weather conditions. Moneys paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

By booking any stays, activities and flights with Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd., Northern Rockies Vacations, and Liard Air Ltd. you agree that the combined liability is limited to $300,000.00 per person.

We recommend that you arrive the day prior and depart the day after any fly-in trips you book.

Liard Air/Northern Rockies Lodge cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of airline schedule changes.

In view of volatile energy costs, we reserve the right to adjust our prices if necessary.  Once deposit is received the price is guaranteed.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage to property and equipment.

Wilderness trips involve inherent risks and each individual is required to sign a waiver.
