Liard Tours requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking with the balance paid 30 days before arrival.

30 days and more - deposit forfeits; 29 days and less - total cost forfeits

Weather related program changes/delays cannot be ruled out. For flights with Liard Air Limited's airplanes you are insured to a max. amount of $300,000.00/person. We recommend that you arrive the day prior and depart Vancouver the day after your trip. Liard Tours cannot be held responsible for any cost incurred due to Airline schedule changes. Guests are fully responsible for any damage to property and equipment. Wilderness trips require the signing of a waiver.
